Can anyone recommend a god swivel bracket for mounting a 21.5 inch TV on an cupboard wall of a motorhome please?

Sorry if I'm a bit clueless, will provide more details if asked.

Any mount that meets your requirements providing it has a reasonably big base plate to spread the load.
It will need bolting right through the wall with a spreader plate on the opposite side.
An external wall isn't strong enough as you can't access both sides
