Hi, I have just taken ownership of a Swift Suntor 580, and am unable to find the boiler to turn the drain tap off/on, also I cannot find a way of draining the fresh water tank.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give

Sorry . Fresh water tank is drained via a bung in the tank at the bottom . It’s very easy to find usually orange in colour .

I also have a Suntor, although mine is a 590RL.
As has been said you lift the panel in the base of the wardrobe to access the boiler drain valve and the freshwater tank is drained by unscrewing the large plastic cap on the tank and pulling out the plug in the base of the tank.
I had exactly the same two questions as you when I bought mine at the beginning of this year.
Enjoy the van 👍

Thanks for the info, I have looked at the water tank bung today and unfortunately due to age limitations I think I could get down to undo it but I wouldn’t be able to get back up so would just running the taps suffice or would the pump be at risk.
Also the floor in the wardrobe has two levels the lower one gives access to the back of the heater so I presume the higher one is the one I have to remove except that it is screwed down quite hard, is that normal?
Sorry for all the questions but I have been motor homing for 30 years now and not come across this design before.

My Suntor is 2006 so may be slightly different to yours.
My wardrobe has a ply false bottom that just lifts out.
My freshwater tank is right in the rear corner drivers side.
You lift the sofa base to access it.
Over this winter I am going to attach pipework and a valve to the "stub" that is below the tank so I can just open the valve to drain it the same as the grey waste.
It only requires a rubber 90 degree bend attaching, some solid pipe, a valve and a couple of pipe clips.
I would think that running the taps to drain the freshwater to the grey waste tank and then draining that would wear the pump out quicker.

Thanks everybody for all the info. The water tank is under the van with a bung underneath. Also the boiler and drain valve is indeed at the rear offside under the seat.
Thanks again

In my last motorhome the fresh drain was so slow always drained it by running the taps till it gurgled. If worried about the pump overheating just give it a rest every five minutes.
