Hello,

I have done some upgrades on my Kon Tiki and installed solar (500w), Victron B2B, Victron mains and lithium battery on the way.

Last summer the feed to the factory split charge, fridge, control panel volt meter and step retract packed in. No major issue as I have B2B but its a pain the fridge does not work on 12v and step does not retract. Its a bonus the lights and water pump still work when engine is on though!

I would like to fix fridge and step. I called up Swift who passed me onto Sargent but they cannot help as its NordElectrica NE222 control unit.

I would have thought there was a largish fuse that feeds the NE222 - does anyone know location ? Have tried near chassis battery, NE222 under fuse box in back seat and drivers side B pillar.

Has anyone else had this issue or can help ?

Swift split charge relay and habitation relay location help

Thanks - yes I have heard of Apuljack engineering - issue is I do not know if the NE222 board is broken (everything works apart from fridge, step retract and split charger) - or if its a supply issue from the Ducato loom.

It is possible that The relays may be inside the Nordelectronica fuse/charger unit which the NE222 controls , they will know (or their website may have this information)

yes relays are on board - I just want to know whether the board needs repair or if its a fuse issue elsewhere

Dont know if it could help but If you have the NE184 fuse unit the wiring diagram for a 2007 Bessacarr/Kontiki shows a 40 amp fuse in the cab (red lead) and a 40amp fuse in the hab (brown lead) into it. . It does not give a location but they are shown near the batteries on the diagram.

OK thanks I will check for voltage on JP3 I have the board out now

The diagrams I have are from a earlier Swift/Sargent site and may help, sargentltd.co.uk/tech-support/artical/swift-group.schematics/25
