Swift Escape Freestyle 684 - Connect Control Panel Bluetooth To Phone

I cannot pair the bluetooth of the habitation control panel to the Swift command app on my phone. I can put the control panel into pairing mode and the expected flashing light (that signifies pairing mode) does flash. Neither my Android phone nor Apple Ipad can see the control panel to pair to it.

I am conversant with Bluetooth and have paired various phones to various devices over the years. I have reset and restarted control panel and phone. Nothing!

All I can think of is that the previous owner of the vehicle paired their phone to the control panel, and this is somehow stopping me from pairing me phone. That said I have cleared previous pairings on the control panel. Or of course the control panel bluetooth is bust.

Any advice?

TheBows I do not know if you are aware but the Sargent Electrical website has, in its support section, details for the Swift Command system set up which may help . If not give them a ring (01482 678981) they are very helpful .
