SWIFT ESCAPE 664 REAR BUMPER (1 Viewer)

This van is now over five years old and the rear bumper has become loose. It appears to be glued on to wooden blocks plus a couple of screws at each corner. I wish to refix the bumper but am wondering what adhesive to use. The original stuff looks like silicone sealant. Any ideas??
