Swift command / sargent ec620

having problems communicating with the unit. It has worked but won't find a Bluetooth signal now (my phone finds every other device). The M number just shows zeros.

I cant access remotely either.

It seems coms may be off for dome reason?

Anyone had this or is it a Sargent fix?

Hello,

Did you ever get a solution to the pairing issue? We have just got a Swift Escape 684 Freestyle. I too cannot pair my phone to the control panel.

I ended up phoning sargent and they sent a new unit. Been much better ever dince
