Swift And Iban

I'm trying to cancel my booking at Camping Raco and they are asking for my IBAN and Swift number for the refund.

I thought IBAN was my bank account number but they say it is wrong. I have no idea what Swift is. What is it?

IBAN is your international bank account number, which means the 22 character alphanumeric code will have a GB in it somewhere as well as a bank ID (BARC is Barclays) .

SWIFT is to ID your bank 'BARCGB22' is Barclays, in GB, Bank number 22

You can get the numbers by logging into online banking and having a rootle around

Look on a bank statement.. You IBAN number should be on there somewhere.
The IBAN is an identification that has a code for the country, bank, branch and your account number.

If you get real stuck ask if they will do cash to someone with identification, We are flying out there on 19th Nov for a week holiday.
Could collect and arrange to transfer you the funds from my UK bank.

Got it. Found the IBAN on my statement but had to use a tool to find the correct Swift code.

Should get my refund now
