Swapping out on board charger

Hi all. I am going to be swapping out my on board battery charger and replace it with a Victron ip22 one (3 outputs). I have a Fiat Bessacarr e480 2011. I have changed the batteries to 2x 110ah EcoTree lithium ones. Does anyone know if I will need to run new cables to both the leisure batteries and the cab battery or will I just connect the original cables from my original unit? Thanks.

To make use of the higher charge rates that Lithium's can take, I suspect that as a minimum you should up-rate the cables to the Leisure batteries.
