morning people,

Can anyone recommend a reliable supplier of a spare wheel & Tyre for a 3.7 t gross Fiat Ducato Rapido 2015 plate A Class , running on 15 inch wheels.

Obviously E bay etc but would be helpful to have a recommendation.

Thank you

Nearest scrappy and unless REALLY happy with the tyre get a new one fitted

Not being sure what I needed for the van, I contacted tyresave in Deeside (www.tyresave.co.uk) by email and asked their advice. They had second hand rims (exchanges when fitting alloys apparently) they could fit with a camper tyre sent by carrier. OK, it wasn't a cheap option, but the service was good.

I purchased a new steel rim from Germany ,but was eight years ago from a firm in Germany which remove wheels off new vans and replace with alloys .Fifty pound delivered and arrived in two days by GPO which was amazing .At the time there was two models the difference was the holes in the rim to bolt on the spacing was about 10mm difference ,which I sorted before ordering .They may have advertised on EBay but a while ago cannot remember .They May be a company now in the UK but measure you bolt hole centres before ordering .

I got a 15" from a scrappy for about £40. The tyre was knackered, but the rim was fine. I then got 5 new tyres for the van.

I bought a new steel wheel from ebay at less than £50. I also need to carry a set of studs as they need to be a different length to those holding on the alloy wheels .
