Superb Service

    We all have problems with poor service, so when we get excellence it deserves to be recognised.

    I ordered Nina's 3.5m Fiamma Zip towards the end of last week and several extras as well. One of the items was likely to take up to 6 weeks to obtain but I accepted that, its still before New England Bay CC site opening on 28th March. I received an e-mail last night to say that the total order had been despatched. 1100 this morning TNT delivered. :thumb:

    So, Johns Cross & Fiamma Centre, thank you so much for a) putting up with my wittering and indecision, b) members discount and c) free delivery.:Laughing:
    Matthew, Warehousing and all the rest of the team. Thank you for making it such an easy process. Every time we pitch up we'll think of you all.
