Sundance gas bottle question (1 Viewer)

Hi, We've just bought our first campervan a Swift Sundance 09 plate.
I'm hoping someone can advise on the best gas bottle for it as I've got a slight issue with securing it.
In the handbook it says straps are positioned to suit 6,7 and 13kg bottles. However the 6kg bottle that I have will not secure tightly enough. the secure straps are fine its the positioners on the base where the bottle should sit that it will not sit in securely enough. The connectors fit fine. The two base "rings " are two different diameters 180mm and 200mm aprrox.
Have I got the right bottle?

Remove the base rings or reposition them.
If the straps will fit right enough without there's no real need for the rings.
Also, ideally you need a 13kg bottle....a 6kg won't last long.

Our swift could take a 13KG bottle but it wouldn’t fit through the door
