I think these are the instructions:

1. Remove outer wrapper
2. Lift ring, Pull to remove lid
3. Empty contents into a pan
4. Heat gently until hot

Is that it?

Guys, I think I have it, it is a gas cooker top convector oven/ veg steamer/toaster/warmer. Similar to a Cobb Premier Barbecue Plus

Handy for the van

Even makes bread and butter pudding.
