help:helpsos: we're struggling to find somewhere for the family to meet up. 8 adults, one 12 year old, one 15month old, and one dog - midway between Wilts/Kent/Derbyshire. we've got the camper, they've got tents, but it's not tent weather too cold at present and we need to do it asap just for a Fri/Sat/Sun weekend.
    any ideas anyone?
have looked at dog friendly pub/inns but can find nothing with enough rooms. perhaps someone can recommend one they know of, or a good campsite with b&b accommodation, dog and child friendly restaurant facilities.

    would really appreciate some help/ideas:thumb:
    :thanks2:

How about something like a haven site you could use the touring pitch and they could rent a static.Swimming pool for the 12yr old, evening entertainment and there's always local pubs and restaurants .
The one at Caister in Norfolk is midway ish ,or there's Searles at Hunstanton although not haven a similar type of set up .They accept dogs and great for walks on the beach.

many thanks for replies. Haven type site sounds a good idea. unfortunately norfolk and hunstanton are over 4 hrs driving from Wilts. had a look on Haven's website and the most central is probably Clacton but still 200 miles from Derbyshire.
wonder if there are any other similar type setups more south central England. any other suggestions??
