2-4 times a day the alarm sounds for 20 seconds and we get a “jamming attempt detected” alert via the app.

When this happens at night, which it has several times over the past few days, it wakes us up, and I’m sure does the same for the neighbours.

It’s been suggested by Ash that I can put the system into garage mode. But I’m unsure if this the same as maintainence mode or transport mode in the Meta Trak App.

In the event of @eddievanbitz not being online can anyone hazard a guess? I took two hour to get back to sleep after it went off at 4am only to woken again at 8:30 o_O

I would hazard a guess at garage mode...as in workshop servicing and repair.
Transport mode will be for recovery etc to disable any movement/shock sensor.

Are you parked beside an airfield or some other such place that might have high power transmitters, radar etc?
Radar has never affected ours but it was just a thought.

Thanks Richard, it’s just on the drive outside the house, and I’ve parked the Learjet round the corner as the neighbours were clearly jealous :xrofl:

Hi Just seen this, but am aware that Ash advised you last week what to do.

I will make sure that he phones you as you seemed a little unsure.

Just so you know, when you select any command, the App opens a text box and advises exactly what continuing will do.

If you have lost your operating instructions give us a call and we can send another set out to you, or, you can download them from the FAQ's on our website www.vanbitz.com

Having checked today with the powers that be, there have been a record number of electronic attacks in your area since the beginning of December.

I believe that Ash has arranged a plan of action with you

Just seen this post as I have just had the same sitting in amongst a load of motorhome fun vehicles at Bath Motorhome Show!
Strange thing is we were sitting in our lounge thinking ‘who’s alarm is that going off’?
I’ll ring Eddie tomorrow.
