John,you should have received an e mail from Apple tree ,advising you can refund or switch to the July dates.Your previous post ,130, above said you had booked.
On the thread that Jim started for the same show you had asked for the discount code ,Carolyn gave it to you .If you check the posts you have made you will find it.
It has been confusing with all the cancellations and multi posts on the same venue.

Hi Jim, checked bank statement two x £107 taken out. Checked emails from Appletree two shows booked for May changed to July. I EMAILD them yesterday and awaiting their reply. Two meets at Stratford booked for the overland show.I think I booked the earlier meets, one should have been for September.

Is it me in my old age or have others done. it.
When we can all get out again lets hope that it doesn't start increasing again.
Warm weather on the way no doubt beech's will be packed. again.

I have a wall chart,diary . I still get mixed up closing them off, re booking
