Hi all,
how often should I start up the engine and move the MH a few meters back and forth for the sake of the tyres when in storage?

You should be using it for at least one weekend a month and three weeks away on proper holidays - otherwise you would be better off with a hotel holiday!

We move ours about once a week
and take it out about ever y three weeks
just to make sure every thing else is ok.
its better to be out and about than leaving parked for prolonged periods.

To be honest just moving it backwards and forwards by a few metre's won't really help, it won't do it much good but it might actually be detrimental. You need to take it out for a proper run if you can to get the wheels moving round, the oil warm and lubricating the engine etc.
