Stop-Over off M25 north area? (1 Viewer)

I'm coming over the Dartford X-ing next Saturday night with 7.5mtr MH plus trailer heading M1 north and will need a stop-over. A friendly pub where they serve food would be ideal.

Any ideas anyone?

Turning off the M25 for a single turn off on the M40 (Beaconsfield Services - only 2 miles) plenty of country pubs with parking. E.G. http://www.thejollywoodman.co.uk/ or http://www.theroyalstandard.biz/?page_id=13 within a couple of miles

Both are about 20 mins off the M25. Worth phoning Mark at the Royal Standard beforehand, very good on ales. 01628 521121

If you are prepared to take a detour and go up the A1 I would recommend the George & Dragon in Graveley ... excellent friendly pub and good food.
