Stick solar panel mounts to hymer silver wrap

Thinking of fitting solar panel, most mounts seem to be glue on. Has anyone done this to the Hymer silver wrap?
I know it would need to be very clean and dry, but should I try to roughen it a bit by sanding?

That's confused me I thought the silver was a paint finish & all the silver ones I've seen have the white GRP capping on the roof.

It is a 2006 model B544, silver wrap everywhere except the cab area which is paint.

hi . bill said it won't stick to any wrap you need to mark out where you are going to put the panels cut wrap where the brackets are to be fixed . use Sikaflex to bond to roof bill always left 5mm of bonding gap between the bracket & roof so if you ever want to take them off you can bills done this a few times with no problem . people say take them off with cheese wire that's the hard way just use an oscillating multi tool the 2 panels in the photo bill has put these now on 3 m/hs the 1 up front swift put on . val
