The step in our 1998 Cheyenne 634 is rotton it must have been that way for s while she we bought it it was stored inside so didn't know does anyone have an idea how big a job it is to replace I have photos but don't know how to post them

Since 2008 & many years tugging
First job is to find out where the water that made it rot is coming from, and cure the leak.
Then I would clean it up the best you can and coat it with resin, that will soak into the wood and seal. Then you could fit a thin sheet of ply over it possibly sealing that with resin as well.
