I lock and unlock my motorhome with a immobiliser .....just pressing a button.
The step works fine with this ...coming out and going in.

But when I start the engine the step is staying out.

Can I manually put the step away or take it off as its going over to Johns Cross workshop soon and Im sure they can sort it out.

I have managed to put the step away using the dashboard locking button
.Then starting the engine before the immobiliser activates.
Then quickly starting engine.

So immediate prob solved.........seems there may be a fuse /relay that needs replacing.....being an electrical half wit I shall leave that to someone else.

I had the same with mine, had to retract it using the switch inside and then had the auto switch replaced, it was underneath at the rear of the step, Johns Cross will change it
