Has anybody got a solution to avoid/get rid of steamed up windows?

Assume its inside window.. the answer I got when a tugger was to remove the wee plastic plug ( visible top right in photo) and park in sun and let heat dissipate moisture in window to escape and then replace plug..

Same happened to us, copper asked what we were doing, just necking officer I replied. Well put your neck away and move on was his responseYears ago when I was a kid in the back of a steamed up estate car some stupid cop came knocking and in spite of seeing what we were up to asked all the usual questions-why are you parked here sir? (parking spot in Salcey Forest) is this your car sir? etc.
We couldn’t stop giggling about it!
