There was a meet at Shrewsbury steam fair this year, I think.
@Knight Templar Assuming you mean steam trains? In that case the answer is yes, already done and advertised here

I organised a little get together for the vintage show at Shrewsbury last year, it includes some steam as well as cars bikes tractors etc, it's not a dedicated "steam rally" most likely do it again next year 6th 7th July.

There was a meet at the massive retro/steam event at Cirencester. The event was really good but the camping itself left a lot to be desired
