drink red wine with ice.....its nice

On my recent cycling trip in Spain every bar or restaurant we went to only sold chilled red. There is strong evidence that even wine experts can't tell the difference between red and white if the colour of the wine is disguised. I'm a fan of chilled red but you need the warm weather to enjoy it!

When the weather is hot we normally chill the Red.........

Actual even when it's cold, I chill the Red if it is just "Plonk"....

In Scoland for a wee while. Don't need to chill the red.
Brought from France. Needs to be drunk in France. Must go to France soon!!!!

We used to chill home brewed red when we lived in Kuwait. It was made from cartons of grape juice bought locally. Yeast from Boots smuggled in by my wife hidden under her underwear in her suitcase - don't ask).

Chilling killed the flavour (hints of sewage and sweaty feet) but not the effect!
