Just wondering what checks are French customs doing to the van docs etc is it stringent.

Just passports although gas was checked by Eurotunnel

Think I got a one raised eyebrow from French border control and the UK ones just took a quick glance at passports

They did check thr gas was off though.

They only checked the QR code for being double jabbed going out. Getting back into the UK is more complicated.
