Starter Battery

Need a new starter battery currently got a Bosch S4 013 95ah
Can this be replaced with a S5 013 100ah without any issues?
Look to be same dimensions

Also considering H3 Varta instead of S5
Beleive Varta G3 is direct replacement for S4

Model number doesn't matter imo. So long as dimensions work and same or better CCA rating. Unless you have stop start which I know little about.
