Hi folks, we have a drive away awning that came with our motorhome but unfortunately no instructions. We have managed to build the frame and place the canvas over the frame but we don't know how to connect the canvas part to our motor home. The motorhome is a CI Carioca 656. The awning has a large piece of grey canvas which according to photos on the web connects to the motorhome but how? There is no awning rail on our motor home like a caravan but I don't think that's how you would connect it as it's supposed to be drive away.
Can anyone tell us how the grey part connects to the motorhome.

Cheers
Jim.

The attachment of the tunnel to the side of the motorhome is by the VERY popular 'guylines over the roof' method and peg on the other side.

I've had several in my time and to be frank 'drive away' is a bit of a misnomer.. they are anything but. You either have guy lines or a awning channel and neither are quick and easy to 'drive away' from..
