Hi.
I would imagine this would be to cover court costs,some cases last over a year.....bottomless pit springs to mind. Keep thinking though,it is by chucking ideas into the pot,one comes up a winner.

Repairs not covered under warranty are surely classed as wear and tear, user error or negligence
I'm sure you'd get plenty of claimants but not many contributors
