On and off for many years.
This might be a bit early but is anyone going to the show? It starts 11th July and it looks like The Puddledrake will be at his Head Office that day - we could use a site near the showground and he could get the train to the office and then we'd day visit the show on the Saturday.

It's a day show. We'll be looking for electric bikes.

Lots of ducks around here.......... :thumb:

Just about spent out for this year, but electric bikes are good, if not very cool (we don't care) AS bikes have great customer service:Smile:

Tickets should be free with MMM subscription so might be worth a visit for us.

I need to try out any bike and buy from a reputable dealer after the last fiasco (still on-going).

t would be a weekend away - and as DH has to be in Milton Keynes on the Friday we'd go down to the Stafford area on the Thursday and he could go into work by train. If AS Bikes aren't at the show I could go to Leicester and visit them.

We are booked in at Red Lion Farm at Haughton for the nights of the 11th and 12th. Not a site we have been to before but looks reasonably close.

We have a different site booked for the 10th, nearer to Dave Newell's. Buffy is going to Dave's to get a rear view / reversing camera fitted on the 11th and Martin has a meeting at his head office if he decides to go :winky:. It will be an early start for him as he'll have to train across to Milton Keynes....... we're waiting for confirmation of meeting times. If it's an early meeting he'll just book a holiday as it isn't a "must attend".

We are booked into The Red Lion site at Haughton on Friday night and Saturday night.

Anyone else on that site? We are thinking of getting a taxi to the show on the Saturday if anyone wants to share.

We'll be there Saturday all going well. Hide the sweeties Steve!

We were at Harrogate as well but didn't make ourselves known to Jezport as we had the small Grandson with us and he had taken a fancy to their bird. Grandson thinks all birds are as soft and as tame as our hens so I didn't want either the bird or the grandson to be bitten.

No this isn't him or my chickens but mine do this as well.

Drop in and make yourself known. Tango is tame but you need to know how to approach her so you don't frighten her.

Most animals will react when frightened - which is why we wouldn't let our Grandson near Tango. He was only a year ols at Harrogate so not old enough to understand caution.

I'm looking forward to the show..... will finish packing tomorrow morning and then off to Longtown (Carlisle) overnight, down the M6 on Thursday, Dave Newell's on Friday and Stafford Saturday.
