Stafford area cl/ cs (1 Viewer)

Hi, We are traveling up the M6 in early sept & we are looking for a 5 van site reasonably near M6 , suggestions and recommendations please, only be stopping one night as we are on our way up to the lake district then on to Galloway/ borders area, then back down to the north yorks moors area for our month tour.
Prefer to use recommended cl/cs's, no need for electric just somewhere nice & pleasant and restful.

A bit further north than you wanted, but Elm Tree Farm, CS, at Elworth, Sandbach is very nice, and not far off the M6 http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=12822

Have a look at this one - just up the road from us. Really nice pub, pitches all hard standing with ehu. Very friendly helpful staff. 4 miles from Uttoxeter.

Didn't know it had opened again, used to go to the pub a lot years ago, very good field think it was one of the clubs once, never used it in mh though

Hi Chaser. yes, it re-opened last year after a complete refurbishment. Very nice pub now, although The Shrew is nearer for us.

JN 11, Wheatsheaf pub, allows vans to stop. Think they even have free EHU.
2 meals, 2 courses for £12 if you want to eat..
