Split mirrors

I have upward pointing coach type mirrors on my rv and they are next to useless anybody know of a replacement with just one large mirror hopefully which could fit on the original arm, this could improve my reversing no end

Depends what make they are.
Probably VELVAC but could be others.
Duncan at starspangledspanner is your man but they ain't cheap.

A complete mirror assembly is over £300.

shouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility surely to make a pattern for the mirror you want and get someone to cut it for you i would have thought, and fit it to the existing arm with a bit of jiggery pokery..

We have these and it took quite a while to get them set correctly, but now they are I would not like to be without them.
Can see down and behind the RV with the top mirror and see the ground from about half way along, inc rear wheels and bottom back corner in the bottom
Much better than the stylized mirrors on the car, give better rear view

might be worth while persevering a little with them, before changing
