Hi,
I have just bought a 2015 Bailey Approach Autograph. Can anyone confirm that both road and leisure battery will charge via the alternator when the vehicle is being driven. Thanks in advance.

Every motorhome I've ever seen does exactly that. Assuming everything is working as designed, of course.

Yep, wiring in Brit built vans is way undersized, if the battery is fairly flat it will take a 300 mile drive to charge it.

Thanks to you both. Just concerned about the lack of site availability( 230v) and resultant low charge remaining in the leisure battery... Iain

A 30 amp B to B charger should satisfy your no hook up concerns.
Quite easy fitted if your a bit handy. There’s also lithium and solar to consider.
