spare wheel under Burstner van? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if there is room to fit spare wheel under our Burstner Viseo 2009 I595 van? At present in garage but making it difficult to fit two bikes in as well. Have asked Burstner but got no reply.

Burstner spare wheel

How on earth did you get the spare wheel on to the roof? It weighs a ton! Crane? Block and tackle? Not muscle power surely?
