Spare wheel carrier, Burstener ixeo (1 Viewer)

Has anyone fitted a spare wheel carrier to the rear end of the chassis on a Burstener ixeo ,the waste water tank is in the way of the correct place. is there a specific ground clearance required help please?

Which model of the Ixeo range? I've recently fitted one to my 680g in the original Fiat location.

The waste tank is in the way of the manufacturers fixing point my local fiat dealer wouldnt fit it to the chassis rails under the rear bed as other members have done

Do you have the al-ko chassis and if so would al-ko have a carrier that you could use? No issues with ground clearance on mine.

No it's not Alko chassis it's fiat

My concern re ground clearance is this spare will have to be fitted behind the rear axle between that and the rear bumper

Would it be possible to post a picture? Other members might be able to suggest what they have done as an alternative with the available space you have.

I'll try and get you some pictures of mine later for you, but the location of the carrier as you know is just behind the rear axle.
