Wanted a spare cassette before travelling to France later in the summer been looking around at prices, wow some price range for the same product. Jacksons leisure came in cheapest on Ebay at £82.95 for the full "fresh up kit" (spare toilet lid and seat, replacement sliding gate, bathroom cleaner spray and 1 litre of Thetford cassette cleaner) other suppliers in some cases £40+ more!

Ordered Sunday evening, arrived by courier this morning, great service, shared in case anyone else is looking at doing the same. They seem to have quite a range of Thetford cassette model's at same price.

Thanks for that. I was considering a new cassette as mine has been in continuous daily use for 5 years now and is looking a little worse for wear. I do get embarrassed a little dragging it across campsites now it is that tatty. A new seat might be nice as well but I will have to get the plastic polishing machine out to bring the rest of the toilet up to snuff.

This could be a good offer if that were the same cassette as mine and mine was damaged but something here bothers me; a second cassette? Does that mean that I would be carrying around a full cassette in my garage and a filling cassette in the bathroom?
If only I were rich enough I could buy 20 cassettes, fill them all and let James empty them when I got home; such luxury.

Think £82.95 was always the price, cheaper than elsewhere.

You don't but if your cassette has seen better days and you look at the cost of service parts it's a no brainier to buy a new one with new seat and freebies thrown in at this price

I carry a second one just in case I cannot find a proper emptying place, that's only happen twice so far but any anxiety when the full light comes on is now a thing of the past,
I have a large garage and fitting a full cassette snugly in the corner isn't a problem,

I paid £79 for a C200 spare 2 years ago and its really a must have now, change it anytime and empty when it suits you especially good if the dump point is not too near
