Spare fob battery anyone? (1 Viewer)

Went away last week and discovered we only had one set of van keys, the others left on a peg in the cupboard at home. No problem but after arriving home and unloading my fob would not arm and lock the van so I changed the battery from home stock. An afterthought was that this could have happened while we were away and we may have been stranded so I've put a spare fob battery on board just in case. I know we could have opened the doors but don't know how the alarm would have acted or if the immobiliser could be released, I don't carry and didn't know the code for the tiny button panel - I do now. The shops were a long walk away.

Getting there!
I normally have a spare in the van but used it for one of the cars a few weeks ago, this has reminded me to get another spare. Thanks.
