Spanish health form, got so far and now stuck!

Almost finished filling out the Spanish health form , until I got to the following information required. Hope someone may come up with the correct details.

AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY? Thought it was Galicia

STATE/PROVENCE? No idea

CITY/TOWN? Thought it was Santander

also states " if you do not have an address to stay, fill in the required fields with those of the port of arrival"

colyboy I’m pretty sure, but not certain enough to be held responsible for , but Santander is within Cantabria autonomous community. It is a single Community & province, unlike Valencia as an example which has 3, so the state province I would think is Cantabria too. I believe they may need the address put in the address of the Brittany ferry terminal which I’m sure you can get off your tickets or website etc.

HERE is a map to confirm. The Communities that are not stand alone have boundaries within their coloured regions but do not have their names but show their capital cities e.g Alicante within Alicante Province in Valencia Community.

We entered the address of the campsite we were going to stay at for the bulk of our stay. Didn’t know where first stop was going to be. All accepted and QR code received within a minute or so.

Look up the port address for Santander and copy it in.
I did and it worked.

Going Tuesday , as you will realise we like to plan ahead! We needed to to know what was required on our return to the UK, but we will wait as things could change in two months.
The Spanish Health cannot/could not be completed before two days before you travel.
