Spanish ferries fined for price fixing (1 Viewer)

The Olive Press on the Costa del Sol reports this week that various Ferry companies providing services across the Straits of Gibraltar ((Algeciras to Ceuta route) have been fined a total of 16.3 million euros for price fixing 2008-2010. Goes a long way to explain the outrageous cost of crossing the Straits to Morocco, but no doubt the fines will be reduced on appeal.
