We were searching dog friendly camp sites in Southern Spain when we came upon what appears to be a genuine statement from the Spanish Police (Spanish News Today.com) warning of a significant increase in the number of reported dog thefts.
Hopefully no members directly affected, but please pass this on,,,
a timely warning to increase awareness and security........

What I found interesting this year was what appears to be a massive rise in dogs abandoned .. Every other doggy person we spoke to had got their pal from a dogs home..
I am wondering if folk are losing their dog cos of the cost of keeping it and reporting it stolen !
