We’ve done it with no problem several times with 10m rv with car on trailer. Just try to use low gear and engine braking or you’ll soon start smelling the brakes. I came down once in crawler gear and had artic loaded with straw overtake me, he was parked up at a cafe a few miles later.

It’s such a contrast even in winter from the Spanish to French side.
