With - in Schengen yes, no problem. But to enter the Schengen area from outside ie UK?

As I said I might be wrong, but I remember seeing something on the subject; not intending to visit UK this year so will be unable to put it to the test
using my 'Withdrawal Agreement' proofed 'Titre d'Sejour'.
