A Woosh bang
Defunct economy upping income from motorists

or that Spain has almost double the road fatalities annually per 100,000 inhabitants compared to the UK?

UK 2.7 ... Spain 5.4

This Easter I think the fatality total came in around 34, higher than previous years.

Those new offences make sense to me, perhaps make Spanish drivers think a bit more before committing offences which makes travelling safer for those of us traversing their roads.

Still making mistakes! But they're not as costly.
It all looks pretty sensible to me. Can't see anything that should affect ordinary MH drivers!

We would do well to adopt No7 :thumb:
7. Drivers have much higher duties to ensure the safety of cyclists of all ages.
