( but saying that we are still waiting payment from a few so you stand a chance )

We are seeing the owners next week and I hope they will let us have the overspill upstairs which seats about 10.
Problem was a booking of 15 was already booked in downstairs. The restaurant has laid on a DJ at no extra cost and we do not have to rush off so it's a bit of a party.

The big rally in June we are having 2 or 3 sittings as I think we may have a good turn out somehow

There will be no problem in June as I can have as many places as I want.
The meal will be at 1pm 2-30pm or 6pm so we have choices.
If the unlikely thing should happen and only 50 book then we will have just 1 seating.
But I promis you will be top of the list

Yes you can arrive early, just let Barbara know that you are with the Rally (as she will
have a full list of your forum names). She will take how many nights your staying and
give a slip to place in your window so she knows who has paid and for how long.
