Southern Ring Road of Saville

Can anyone please confirm whether the ring road road south west of Seville is now complete i.e. joining the SE-40 to the A4 on the other side of the Guadalquivir? Our optimistic Satnav suggests it's possible but a suspiciously grey section suggests not.

There is no crossing of the Guadalquivir, the link road, SE40, from the A49 to the west of Seville is open but only goes to the A8058 on the western side of the river as far as I know.

We travelled to Seville at Christmas from Portugal and the signs for Cadiz still take you onto the inner ring road, SE30
