Southern over-winter costing

Must be loads of you lucky 'Funsters' that have added up the costs for over wintering in Spain, Morocco etc. I'm interested - got any figures (preferably with breakdown) ?

Well we would have saved the excess on our insurance policy plus the increased premiums for years to come and that's just for a start

To over winter on Costa Blanca reckon on roughly £350 to £400 a month on site. Ferry to northern Spain costs me about £600 return plus the fuel from Northern Spain to your resort..Then on plus side i have zero heating bill at home,,only leave security lights on a timer and zero water usage...BUSBY. Breakdown with ACSI about £80 a year.
