Hi.
I am "committed" to bringing Grandson home from South Tyne College later this month. Any suggestion for overnight stay?, there is a camp-site shown on "Earth". Does anyone have first hand info as to it`s "usability"?

The campsite on the sea front, next to Bents Park is fine if you can get in. Don't go to Lizard Lane! Otherwise phone South Tyneside tourist info.

As did many of they guys I sailed with circa 64 to 81. I did Mine at Hull. Mind, I did a lot of time in Redheads Drydock, The Local near their was known as the "Strickline office".

At the moment it`s all on Hold, so I may end up just going up and back in the one day yet?.
