Source of Garage tie downs

Has anyone found a source of sliding tie downs similar to this? TIA

Holy moly! Add the word motorhome and the price rockets. An 8mm Zeb and ring nut will set you back about £1 ?

...and the top is a 'Dynamo Eye' bolt (about £0.66, depending on the thread length needed)
