Sorry only just saw This thread . Tell Sue will gladly help her with preparing and plateing up .Anything we can do to help with we will be there. We ended up with three parties in the end for Amanda keeping food chilled was a nightmare so had to ask if people had fridge space . If there is a Jacobs table night happening you could incorporate the party with that it helps with the work load and you dont have to worry to much about storage of food and keeping large amounts of food chilled which can be an absolute nightmare . We did think about a hog roast or having caterers in at one stage when it was Amanda's 30th but when we enquired it was to costly for us. Funsters are a great crowd loads of people offering there help . Jims got a board that he puts announcements ect on so that can be useful so if it's at Malvern or Wrenbury between us all Sophie will have a great 18th xxxx Kate x

Hi Dave only just picked up on this thread so a little late, but it's no problem for me to run you to any supermarket or anywhere for that matter plus there will be plenty of room to bring goodies back in the van Will just have to watch Max does not decide he wants some party food

Sadly Ger we had to drop out but the good news is our grandson Joe has been picked to play in the England Youth Rugby League Squad against Wales In Cardiff that weekend so that is where we will be catch up at Malvern x
