Sorry another toilet question!

Anyone running a thetford ventilator, previous sog was so strong you could feel and hear air being pulled into cassette but thetford nothing, wondering if that’s as good as it gets or faulty? Dealer fitted so have my suspicions but can’t find any installation instructions on thetford site to check.

You should certainly be able to hear the fan running and a white ‘fan’ indicator lights up on the panel.

We had one on an Autotrail Tracker and the fan was just sat on the floor with no outlet. Made so much noise in the end I fitted a SOG.?

There should be an outlet below the fan. It's also worth checking that the fan isn't upside down.

Don’t have that van anymore and there was no hole in the floor Autotrail said I’d didn’t need one ( shows how knowledgeable they are doesn’t it?)?

Perhaps not a good idea to light a match to check the flame flicker ...
