Uphill Weston Super Mare site is at the quiet end. Nice site around a lake 10 minute walk to a huge beach but if you fancy a dip this isn’t the place for you! However If mud is your thing then your in business!!
Couple of pubs in the village and you can walk along the beach to the main resort in Weston Kiss Me Quick hats Fish and Chips and donkeys galore!!
I would recommend the site see photo attached.

Sango sands, if you don’t know it google it or clachtoll beach. They’re up North but the difference is, you’ll be able to actually see the beach not just people.

Sango Sands looks great and only an 11 hour drive from Somerset!

East Fleet Farm, Dorset is by a beach. Chesil Beach across the lagoon/estuary.
There is a small pebble beach on the campsite side.
And nice hiking in the area. mrskevenh & I did the Moonfleet hike.
Cycling is pretty good. We rode to the Olympic Rings, Portland, etc.

Sea Barn Farm and West fleet farm , great views from Sea Barn & lovely walks along the Fleet, West Fleet has a small Club & swimming pool plus a shop. Great size pitches.
