Set out from campsite at 6:30am about 20 miles from motorway took in the region of 11.5 hrs then another 2 hours pratting around trying to find somewhere to overnight, eventually used dfds carpark.
Good steak grill house in Loone Plage.
Too hot to travel without aircon which I have not got.

thats a lot of miles, maybe when I was younger (lots younger) I did simular, but not know, for me its the journy rather than the destination,

500 miles is the limit for me in the van. 11.5 hours is a lot of driving.
